Gloria Palace San Agustín Thalasso & Hotel offers one of the largest and most complete thalassotherapy centres in Europe, set in spectacular surroundings. This 7000 sq. m. facility, which has earned the hotel an award for Best Health Hotel from the Canary Islands government, includes four salt water pools, a sauna, a Turkish bath, an ample gym equipped with the latest therapeutic and sports equipment, a beauty salon, a large relaxation area and 35 treatment rooms. The communal area includes the 550 m3 ‘Get in Shape’ pool, half of which is situated outdoors so that users can fully appreciate the Gran Canaria sun during their therapy.

Pools with differing water temperatures, waterfalls, jets, micro-bubble beds and seats all work together to provide relief from bone and muscle ailments and to combat stress-related conditions. Specially devised anti-stress, anti-tobacco and anti-rheumatism programmes are available and golfers have their own ‘Relax after Golf’ therapeutic  sessions.
