If you are more of the adventurous type and love the feel of freedom and weightlessness, there are plenty of companies on the island, which offer these services, very often including courses for beginners and advanced.





For flying, parachuting, hang-gliding or paragliding contact either the Escuela Canaria de Parapente, Club Siroco, or the Paraclub Gran Canaria – both in Las Palmas or the Aeroclub de Gran Canaria in Maspalomas (on the road to Mogán).





For skydiving – a 20-minute flight over the Maspalomas dunes and a jump in tandem with an instructor – contact Skydive Gran Canaria (this company operates from the far end of the Paseo Marítimo, where the dunes begin).
