From late October 2016, Ryanair will have two new weekly flights between Gran Canaria (Spain) and Leeds Bradford (England).

In a press release about this new weekly service, Ryanair Marketing and Sales Responsible for Spain and Portugal, José Espartero, informed that the airline is making new improvements, such as new uniforms, refurbished cabin interiors and new routes, so that it may still offer its travellers the lowest prices and much more.

According to Tony Hallwood, Aviation Development Director, the growth in the Ryanair 2016 winter programme results from the high demand for flights over the past year, and this new Gran Canaria route allows the company to have a wider choice in terms of destinations — 12 routes across 6 countries.

Kenny Jacobs, Ryanair’s Chief Marketing Officer, confirmed the company is pleased that, besides a new route to Gran Canaria, the Leeds Bradford winter 2016 schedule will also include a new winter service to Faro and a greater number of flights to Tenerife, Alicante, Lanzarote and Krakow, which will support more than 800 jobs at Leeds Bradford (a 20% growth).
