El Salobre Horse Riding Centre offers one of the best and competitively priced riding and trekking experiences in Gran Canaria. Located a mere ten minutes from Maspalomas and las Dunes, the centre provides riders of all ages and experiences a chance to explore the islands winding volcanic paths and enjoy some of the best views that Gran Canaria has to offer.
This small family run centre offers a variety of different treks from a simple hour to a more intensive four-hour ride. The centre’s owner, José A Rodriguez Medina is a showjumper, having competed on the national circuit for the past twenty years, he currently trains several junior riders and prides himself on his facilities and the horses under his care.
