As the third largest island of the archipelago, Gran Canaria has many sightseeing options. And with so many things to see, you just have to choose your destination and the means of transport most convenient for you to tour the island. But first things first – before you arrive in Gran Canaria, you can book online an airport transfer, choosing between a private car or a mini bus, that will pick you up at the airport to take you to the hotel, and vice versa at the end of your holidays.

If, during your stay, you would like to visit another island, such as Tenerife, Lanzarote or Fuerteventura, there are several ferry companies that can take you there. Renting a car or taking a taxi allows you to control your own schedules and always have a vehicle waiting for you. Should you prefer to enjoy the landscape through the window rather than behind the wheel, taking the public buses, commonly known as ‘guaguas’, is the most economical (but also the most time consuming) option to get around Gran Canaria.
